Long Sleeve Cotton Top & Jeans

It’s officially fall and I am SO EXCITED!! My absolute favorite time of year. September/October in Austin is still pretty warm so I’m not quite ready to break out all my sweaters just yet. Long sleeve cotton tops and jeans are more reasonable this time of year. This top is one of my new favorites. It’s under $40 and it’s really comfortable and flattering because of the gathering at the waist. My biggest thing about buying less expensive/fast fashion clothes is they have to be comfortable and the quality has to be good. There are so many cheap fashionable options these days but if your itchy and uncomfortable all day whats the point? I’m also totally against buying really cheap clothes that you wear a couple of times and then throwaway because the quality is awful. I’m all about a good deal but sometimes I think it’s best to invest a little bit more for the longevity of your wardrobe.
I also LOVE these jeans from Reformation. I only buy high-waisted jeans because I think they are way more flattering and comfortable. These are some of my favorite high-waisted distressed cigar jeans. However, I really only wear these with heels because I’m too short to wear them with flats…
