Polka Dots & Capri Pants
Good morning!
I have to admit I've had a retro vibe that has creeped into my wardrobe choices lately. But, I love it! I think everything always comes back around and trends that we had growing up in the 90s are coming back again now. For instance, capri pants! When I think of capri pants I think of old photos of my cute grandmothers in the 50's and 60s with their high waisted capri pants and white sneakers while they lounged around their homes with drinks in their hands. Secondly, I think of junior high when I wore them all the time... The first version definitely paints a prettier picture in my head! Either way, I think they are back and they will start to get more and more popular. I saw these on Zara a couple months ago and had to have them. They were super inexpensive so I thought I would snag them and try this look out again. I have to stay, I love it. Now, I'm looking to find another pair to invest in with a little better quality now that I know I'll be wearing them more.
Also, I think black is the best way to go if you want to try them out because this cut can be unflattering really quick... I always try to elongate and slim my legs as best I can.
